Adult Protective Services are provided to the elderly who are in danger of harm, unable to protect themselves, and have no one else to assist them.  The Holmes County Department of Job & Family Services investigates and evaluates reports of suspected abuse, neglect and exploitation of adults age 60 and over.  When reports are received by our agency, they are investigated and when possible, support for protection and self-sufficiency is offered through available services and funding.
